It’s never too late or too early for the truffle season. We started last week. Decent demand so far. Truffles are still expensive 4000GBP for the good quality ones. Certainly I’d suggest wait a bit, but if you cannot, you know where to find them !!!
Today we feel @teruelfoods For those who had forgotten this #autumn here goes how the #fungus season was … unbeatable!! we had the chance to #eat well and loads. Thanks #Nature
#truffle #dream again … Winter Truffle #season is giving us his last weeks. Here are the last ones from this week. #Round #franganced #beautiful … From #TeruelFoods with love. #Bianchetto will have to wait … They are not great this year, sadly
My dear colleague Bruno will call it: #Antitumorale My parents produced it from our own #harvest last summer and those #tomatoes are sweet as candy and have no #preservative They are delicious. Maybe a new #TeruelFoods #Product ?? who knows !!
Not the best looking #Melanosporum and not the biggest either. Winter #truffle season is starting to feel it won’t last long. #Bianchetto is out there already, but it’s not as good as we like, so we wait for the right ones … #Melanosporum sells for £750/Kg this week
Another #truffle #dream today. We are not forgetting #TeruelFoods #EVOO … stay tuned !!! #Melanosporum is our best topic mow while season last. The fragance of the late harvested ones makes the produce a #delicacy to be remembered and #wished
Around 5kg left for tomorrow … you have to love #Melanosporum
#Melanosporum anyone?? What a great #truffle The smell of the last ones is unbeatable !!!
Getting ready for #StValentines !! and you, are you ready??
#Melanosporum not fully black yet but full of fragance. Fantastic!!! (at Wapping)
Let’s grease up 2015 with a mosaic of olives !!! (at Calaceit)
and this is it the outcome … come on Radeztki, we are ready for you !!
Example of disastrous #truffles !!! this is to show you the difference with the top quality ones you get from us !!
Last week #truffles pictured. They weren’t excellent as they were the first in the season, but the cold weather is making them ripen nicely. This week just before Xmas the price tend to go up. No matter of the quality it’s a product used in a lot places and they need truffles !!! What I’d suggest you, is to buy the first week of January. The quality is better than now and the price certainly too.
Enjoy the truffles
#Melasporum is with us again. Long life to one of the best truffles in the world. Thanks to be back.

Get some #Uncinatum in your life!!! This is the autumn truffle, one of the nicest after Magnatum and Melanosporum. The reason is the fragance and the price … £400/kg
Tartufo Bianco di Molise from Isernia … the supplier said he thinks 40% of italian white truffle comes from Molise … we are not sure about that, but they must have some !!!
#Truffle season keeps going very well, with good quality and great amount of truffles too … Here goes a dish for all those asking for a simple truffle treat. Price hasn’t moved that much this year 2500GBP/KG, how many you want??
This is the logo of @TeruelFoods . It explains our natural motto and how simple good living should be. Never forget it !!!
It tries to evoque a passport stamp as I’m pretty sure you have not heard of #Teruel and part of out brand is the excitement of learning by travel (maybe only mentally).

Tuber #Magnatum , the #king is back and ready to delight its customers with its fragrance and passion. 2500 GBP/kg and can be yours !!!
#Tuber #Uncinatum, the queen of the Autumns. Here it is, ready for another year, ready to be eaten with passion, ready to get ordered with love by Teruel Foods.
We are certainly well surprised of food practices across the food industry. The olive oil labelling is subject to some EU Directives in order to make sure customers understand better what they are eating, but I have to say, all these cheap olive oils are cheap for a reason and to those of you using some of them, pls read the label next time you buy as you might be eating something you don’t think it is.
Some of the statements are shocking like: Blend of EU and non EU oils, meaning: I have added whatever oils I can to make this oil cheap, I hope you keep not reading the labels so I can keep selling this crap as gold, thank you.
For Teruel Foods, Extra Virgin olive oil is the juice of olives, simple and clear.
Here goes the visual outcome of an #experiment with edible #fats generally used in non #Mediterranean countries. I think it’s fairly clear what it means … so, I wonder if you have any comments !!!
